An agreement between you and LinkHub.
LinkHub is a platform for site-to-site link exchange, credit management, match discovery, and link verification.
You agree to use the service fairly, lawfully, and in good faith — not to misrepresent information, not to harm other users, not to upload sites you aren't authorized to manage, and not to abuse the system.
LinkHub will work to provide a stable, secure, and fair service, but does not guarantee specific SEO outcomes, Google rankings, organic traffic, revenue, or business success. Links, content, SEO decisions, and dealings between users are the users' responsibility.
Terminology note: Throughout the LinkHub interface and website, we refer to platform users as "merchants" — to emphasize the marketplace nature of the experience: a trading arena where every side "plays" the role of offering and acquiring links. In this legal document, "user" and "merchant" refer to the same person — anyone who registers, logs in, or uses the service. The distinction is experiential/linguistic only and carries no independent legal meaning.
Use of the website, system, account, exchange marketplace, credits, AI tools, Google integrations, and any other LinkHub service is subject to these terms.
By using LinkHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
These terms apply to all LinkHub users, including site owners, SEOs, marketers, agencies, businesses, free users, and users on paid plans.
LinkHub is a platform for site-to-site link exchange, credit management, SEO match discovery, and link verification.
LinkHub operates as part of the AXION ecosystem — a broader suite of SEO tools, data, automation, and digital growth services.

Throughout these terms, "we", "LinkHub", "the service", or "the system" refer to LinkHub and the digital services it provides.
The service is intended for business users — site owners, SEOs, marketers, and agencies.
By using the service, you represent that:
LinkHub may refuse to open an account, restrict use, or block an account if there's a concern about abuse, impersonation, breach of terms, or harm to other users.
LinkHub allows you, among other things, to:
The service may change, be updated, expanded, or reduced from time to time, at LinkHub's discretion.
To use parts of the service, you may need to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including password, email access, and any other authentication factor.
You are responsible for any action taken through your account, unless it's proven that the action was the result of a malfunction or security breach beyond your control.
You must notify LinkHub immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access, abuse, password theft, or any other security incident.
LinkHub may require additional authentication, block sign-in, or restrict activity in the event of a security concern.
By using LinkHub, you agree to:
You may not use LinkHub to:
Violation of this section may result in account restriction, suspension, deletion, credit revocation, access blocking, or further action at LinkHub's discretion and in line with applicable law.
LinkHub lets users present sites, pages, link proposals, SEO data, and content related to link deals.
Users are fully responsible for any site, page, link, text, proposal, content, or information they upload or display in the system.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and approvals required to upload, display, manage, or offer sites and links through LinkHub.
LinkHub isn't responsible for the content of user sites, the quality of content published on them, the accuracy of all data entered by users, or outcomes resulting from publishing links between users.
LinkHub may remove, hide, restrict, or review a site, link, proposal, or content if there's a concern about a breach of terms, harm to users, breach of law, deception, or abuse.
Credits are an internal unit of value within LinkHub, used to manage link deals between users.
When a user provides a link from their site, they may earn credits. When a user wants to receive a link from another site, they may spend credits.
Credits provide flexibility: you don't need to do a direct link-for-link swap. Credits can be earned from various actions and used for other deals inside the system.
Credits are not legal tender, not money, not a financial asset, not a security, not an investment instrument, and not a regulated financial product.
Credits are not a financial obligation of LinkHub to the user.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, credits cannot be converted to cash, withdrawn to a bank account, sold outside the system, or transferred outside the LinkHub framework.
Credit value in a deal may be determined by various factors, such as:
LinkHub may update the credit calculation mechanism, scoring, quotas, or rules of credit usage from time to time.
Credits may be used only within the service, in line with the plan, quotas, deal availability, and rules shown in the system.
LinkHub may restrict, freeze, revoke, or audit credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, fake deals, breach of terms, or unusual activity.
Credits granted as a gift, perk, trial, campaign, bonus, launch promo, or sale are not redeemable for cash.
LinkHub may set usage limits, expiration, quotas, or special terms for credits granted as part of perks or promotions.
Credits unused for 24 months from the last account activity may expire.
Where possible, LinkHub will send advance notice before credits expire, but tracking your balance and credit usage remains your responsibility.
Where a deal didn't complete, a link didn't go live, a link was removed against the rules, or a violation is suspected, LinkHub may refund credits, freeze credits, change deal status, or take other action to keep the system fair.
A link deal is created when users agree on the details of an exchange or transaction inside LinkHub.
A deal may include details such as:
LinkHub may use verification mechanisms to check whether a link went live, remained active, hasn't been removed, and hasn't been materially altered.
That said, LinkHub does not guarantee that every check will be perfect, instant, or error-free. Glitches, delays, crawl blocks, technical site changes, or unavailable real-time data may occur.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the deals they approve fit them and that they can deliver on them.
LinkHub may use AI tools, algorithms, and match engines to suggest matches, analyze sites, evaluate quality, calculate credits, identify opportunities, or assist with deal management.
AI recommendations are an aid only.
LinkHub does not guarantee that any specific recommendation will be correct, accurate, profitable, safe, suitable for your SEO strategy, or lead to a particular result.
The decision to approve a deal, publish a link, spend credits, connect a site, or act on a recommendation rests solely with the user.
LinkHub may allow connections to external services, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, payment services, hosting services, SEO tools, or other third-party systems.
A connection to an external service is established only after user approval, in line with the permissions shown on the connection screen.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authorization to connect the relevant accounts, properties, or data.
Use of information received from Google integrations is subject to LinkHub's privacy policy and the permissions you approved.
LinkHub isn't responsible for changes, glitches, restrictions, outages, blocks, decisions, or terms of Google or any other external service.
You can disconnect external integrations through your account settings or through the external service account, depending on the options available.
LinkHub may offer a free plan, paid plans, trial periods, add-ons, paid credits, Pro plans, Agency plans, or additional services.
Prices, quotas, perks, and features of each plan will be shown on the website or inside the system.
The free plan allows basic use of the service in line with the quotas and limits shown in the system.
LinkHub may update the free-plan limits, change quotas, add or remove features, or change the free-plan terms.
For material changes, LinkHub will endeavor to provide advance notice.
Paid plans may auto-renew at the end of each billing period, unless you canceled the renewal before the next billing date.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the charge in line with the price, billing period, and terms shown at purchase.
You can cancel a paid plan through your account or by contacting LinkHub.
Unless stated otherwise, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the account will continue to enjoy the plan until the paid period ends.
Refund policy will be applied in line with applicable law, the type of service, the way of purchase, the actual usage, and the terms shown at purchase.
Credits granted as a gift, promotion, bonus, or trial are not redeemable for cash.
In exceptional cases, LinkHub may grant a credit, partial refund, period extension, or other resolution at its discretion.
If a charge fails, LinkHub may retry the charge, notify you of the failure, restrict access to paid features, freeze certain activity, or downgrade the account to the free plan, depending on the circumstances.
LinkHub aims to provide a stable, secure, and available service.
That said, the service may be affected by maintenance, updates, glitches, load, security events, third-party providers, Google services, internet outages, or circumstances beyond LinkHub's control.
LinkHub may change, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict parts of the service at any time, including features, plans, pricing, quotas, credit mechanisms, API integrations, or AI tools.
For material changes, LinkHub will endeavor to provide advance notice, where possible and reasonable.
LinkHub provides tools, infrastructure, recommendations, matches, and means to manage link deals — but does not guarantee any specific outcome.
In particular, LinkHub does not guarantee:
Google, search engines, data providers, third-party sites, and other users are not under LinkHub's control.
Use of the service, links, credits, and recommendations is at the user's risk.
Subject to applicable law, LinkHub will not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, ranking drops, traffic loss, reputational harm, data loss, business harm, or damage caused by SEO decisions.
LinkHub will not be liable for the content, quality, conduct, or commitments of other users.
LinkHub will not be liable for the actions or omissions of third-party services, including Google, payment processors, hosting providers, SEO tools, email services, or other external systems.
To the extent any liability is found, it will be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, unless the law mandates otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and defend LinkHub, its employees, suppliers, partners, and representatives from any claim, demand, damage, loss, expense, or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:
All rights to the website, system, interface, design, code, technology, brands, logos, match engines, AI tools, texts, features, structure, databases, and any other LinkHub component belong to LinkHub or have been licensed to it.
You may not copy, duplicate, distribute, sell, lease, decompile, reverse-engineer, create a competing product, use the LinkHub name in a misleading manner, or commercially exploit system components without prior written approval.
Users retain rights to the sites, content, and information they upload, but grant LinkHub permission to use this information as needed to operate the service, display proposals, manage deals, verify links, and improve the system.
If you believe that any content, link, site, proposal, or material in the system infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights, you can send a notice to:
The notice should include:
LinkHub will review such notices and act in line with the law and the circumstances of the case.
LinkHub may suspend, restrict, block, or delete an account in cases such as:
In some cases, LinkHub may give advance notice and allow correction. In severe or urgent cases, LinkHub may act immediately.
You can request to delete your account at any time, subject to legal, accounting, security, or operational obligations.
Use of LinkHub is also subject to the LinkHub privacy policy.
The privacy policy explains what data is collected, how it's used, how to disconnect Google integrations, how to request deletion or access, and what rights you have.
In case of a conflict between the terms of service and the privacy policy on personal-data processing, the privacy policy will prevail on that subject.
LinkHub may update these terms from time to time, for example following service changes, added features, pricing changes, regulatory changes, security changes, new API integrations, or business adjustments.
For material changes, LinkHub will endeavor to give notice through the website, the system, or email.
Continued use of the service after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, where the law allows.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the service.
LinkHub may send you service-related messages, including:
Notices may be delivered by email, inside the system, or via other communication channels you provided.
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or to use of LinkHub will lie with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district, unless the law mandates otherwise.
For questions, requests, reports, legal inquiries, copyright complaints, abuse reports, or any other matter relating to these terms:
LinkHub is built to make link exchange more orderly, transparent, fair, and intelligent.
For that to work, all users need to act in good faith: present real sites, honor deals, not deceive, not abuse the system, and remember that the goal is to create a higher-quality link marketplace for everyone.
