1. Who we are

LinkHub is a platform for site-to-site link exchange, credit management, SEO match discovery, and link verification.

LinkHub operates as part of the AXION ecosystem — a broader suite of SEO tools, data, automation, and digital growth services.

Throughout this policy, "we", "LinkHub", "the service", or "the system" refer to LinkHub and the digital services it provides to users.

2. What the service does

LinkHub lets site owners, SEOs, marketers, and agencies run a structured site-to-site link-exchange workflow. With the service you can, among other things:

• Connect sites to the system
• Identify relevant matches for link exchanges
• Send and receive link proposals
• Earn credits
• Use credits to acquire links from other sites
• Verify that links went live and stay active
• Manage deals, proposals, and statuses
• Analyze basic SEO data for matching purposes
• Connect data sources like Google Search Console or Google Analytics 4 — only when the user explicitly opts in

3. What data we collect

3.1 Information you provide directly

When you register, sign in, or use LinkHub, we may collect information you give us directly, such as:

• Full name or contact name
• Email address
• Business, site, or agency name
• Account login details
• Hashed password only
• Details of sites you connect
• URLs of sites and pages
• Niche, vertical, and site description
• System usage preferences
• Link proposals you sent or received
• Transactions you completed
• Statuses, notes, and actions inside the account
• Tickets sent to support or customer service

We do not store passwords as plain text.

3.2 Site, link, and transaction data

To make the system work, LinkHub stores operational data related to sites, links, and transactions. This may include:

• Sites you connected
• Pages you added
• Link proposals you sent
• Link proposals you received
• Transaction status
• Credit balances
• Credit usage history
• Link verification data
• Basic site quality data
• Ratings, tags, and niches
• Site-to-site match data
• Information about links that went live or were removed
• Activity data related to deals in the system

This data is necessary to run the exchange marketplace, calculate credit value, verify transactions, prevent abuse, and improve match quality.

3.3 Information collected automatically

When you use the site or system, we may collect basic technical data such as:

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device type
• Operating system
• Browser language
• Login timestamps
• Pages viewed in the system
• Actions performed in the system
• Technical logs
• Security events
• Error and fault data
• System performance data

We use this data for security, monitoring, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, service improvement, troubleshooting, and system stability.

3.4 Payment information

If you choose a paid plan, payment details are processed by an external payment provider.

• We do not store full credit card numbers.
• We do not store CVV codes.

We may retain basic billing information, such as:

• Name
• Email
• Plan type
• Charge amount
• Payment status
• Payment date
• Invoice number
• Transaction details required for accounting and legal purposes

4. Information received from Google

LinkHub may allow connections to Google services, such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. Such a connection is only established after the user explicitly chooses to and approves the permissions in Google's consent screen.

If you connect your Google account, we may receive or process information such as:

• The list of properties, sites, or accounts you have access to
• Basic Google Search Console data — queries, clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position
• Basic Google Analytics 4 data — traffic, traffic sources, pages, and performance
• Account, property, or site identifiers
• Technical information needed to operate the connection
• Access or refresh tokens, where required to operate the connection

We use information received from Google solely to provide the service you requested, such as:

• Displaying site data
• Analyzing SEO performance
• Computing site-to-site matches
• Improving recommendation accuracy
• Identifying link opportunities
• Computing site quality and relevance
• Managing insights inside your account

• We do not use information received from Google for advertising.
• We do not sell information received from Google.
• We do not pass information received from Google to advertisers.
• We do not use information received from Google to build marketing profiles unrelated to the service.
• We do not use information received from Google for any purpose unrelated to running LinkHub.

5. Limited use of Google data

LinkHub's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Limited Use principles. Therefore:

• We request only the permissions needed to run the service
• We use Google data only for the purposes presented to and approved by the user
• We do not sell Google data
• We do not share Google data with advertisers or ad networks
• We do not use Google data to train general-purpose models that aren't directly used to provide the service to the user
• We do not transfer Google data to third parties, except where required to operate the service, for security, to comply with the law, or at the user's request
• We let users disconnect the Google integration
• We let users request deletion of information received from Google, subject to reasonable legal or technical obligations

6. Why we use the data

LinkHub uses the data it collects to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Enable secure authentication
• Connect sites to the system
• Display site-to-site matches
• Calculate credit value
• Manage link proposals
• Manage deals and transactions
• Verify that links went live and stay active
• Display SEO and traffic data
• Surface relevant link opportunities
• Improve LinkHub's match engine
• Send service notifications
• Send security notifications
• Send transaction-related updates
• Provide technical support
• Prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
• Maintain system stability and security
• Comply with legal, accounting, and tax requirements
• Improve service quality and user experience

7. Use of AI and automation

LinkHub may use AI tools, algorithms, and automation to improve system operation. This may include:

• Site-to-site match analysis
• Suggesting link deals
• Computing relevance between niches
• Identifying high-quality opportunities
• Detecting anomalies or abuse
• Site quality checks
• Improving user experience
• Producing operational recommendations inside the account

When AI is used:

• We use only the data needed
• We don't expose personal information that isn't necessary for the deal to other parties
• We don't use Google data to train general-purpose models
• AI recommendations are an aid only
• The user decides whether to accept, reject, or act on a suggestion

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The site and the system may use cookies or similar technologies for:

• Authentication and session identification
• Storing user preferences
• Security and fraud prevention
• System stability
• Basic usage measurement
• Performance improvements
• Error detection

As of the date of this policy, LinkHub does not sell cookie-collected data and does not use it to sell to third parties.

If marketing cookies, third-party advertising tools, or additional measurement tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly, and a consent mechanism will be presented if required by law.

9. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal information. We may share data only in the following cases:

9.1 Infrastructure and service providers

LinkHub may use third-party providers to operate the service, such as:

• Cloud hosting
• Payment processing
• Email delivery
• Error monitoring

• Support and customer service
• System performance analytics
• Invoice management

These providers receive only the data needed for the service they provide and are required to keep it secure under contract and applicable law.

9.2 Other LinkHub users

When you send a link proposal, receive one, or take part in a deal, the other party may see information needed to complete the deal, such as:

• Site name
• Site URL
• Niche
• Basic quality data
• Match data
• The link proposal
• Deal status
• Relevant credit value
• The pages involved in the deal

The other party will not receive your password, payment details, personal information not needed for the deal, or internal information from Google accounts that isn't needed to display the proposal.

9.3 AXION

LinkHub is an independent product within the AXION ecosystem. If you connect LinkHub to an AXION account in the future, usage data, credits, sites, SEO insights, and performance data may flow between systems to provide a broader view of your marketing and SEO activity.

Such a connection only happens when the services are actually linked, subject to the permissions and screens shown to the user.

9.4 Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, request from a competent authority, legal proceedings, or to protect the rights of LinkHub, system users, or third parties.

10. Transfer of data outside Israel

Some data may be stored or processed by cloud providers, infrastructure providers, or technology services located outside Israel. In that case, LinkHub will take reasonable steps to protect the data, including:

• Using reputable providers
• Restricting access to data
• Technical security measures
• Contractual commitments
• Maintaining minimal access permissions
• Monitoring and oversight as needed

11. How long we keep data

LinkHub retains data only as long as it's needed for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a legal, accounting, security, or operational obligation requires longer retention. Generally:

• Account data is retained as long as the account is active
• Site and transaction data is retained as long as it's needed to operate the service
• Credit data is retained as long as it's needed to manage the account and transactions
• Google data is retained as long as the connection is active or as long as needed to operate the service
• After Google disconnection, LinkHub will stop pulling new data from that Google account
• Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Accounting data and invoices may be retained as required by tax and accounting law

After a deletion request, personal information will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, subject to legal or technical obligations.

12. Deleting data and disconnecting Google

You can, at any time:

• Disconnect Google from your account settings
• Revoke permissions through your Google account
• Request deletion of personal information
• Request deletion of information received from Google
• Delete your account
• Request an explanation of the data we hold about you

After Google disconnection, LinkHub will not pull new data from that Google account. Some data already processed may be retained for a limited time for security, audit, fraud prevention, support, dispute handling, or legal compliance, and will then be deleted or anonymized.

13. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you may have the following rights:

• Right to access personal information held about you
• Right to request correction of incorrect or inaccurate information
• Right to request deletion in appropriate cases
• Right to request an explanation of how your data is used
• Right to request export of certain data
• Right to object to certain uses, where the law allows
• Right to withdraw consent, where data use is based on consent
• Right to disconnect Google integrations
• Right to request deletion of data received from Google integrations

We may ask for additional details to verify your identity before processing the request.

We respond to access and correction requests within 30 days of receipt, in line with the Privacy Protection Regulations. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. You can also request access to your personal data directly from your account, under Settings → Security → "Download my data".

14. Information security

LinkHub uses reasonable, industry-standard security measures to protect data stored in the system. These may include:

• Communication encryption via HTTPS / TLS
• Storing passwords in hashed or encrypted form
• Restricting data access on a need-to-have basis
• Authorization controls
• Log and security event monitoring
• Permission separation between users and accounts
• Anti-abuse measures
• Backups as needed
• Access control to sensitive systems
• System action logging
• Continuous improvement of information security

That said, no system is completely immune. In the event of a serious security incident (unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or alteration of personal data) likely to harm users' rights, LinkHub will notify the Privacy Protection Authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and will notify affected users without undue delay where there is a high risk to their rights — in line with the Privacy Protection Law and Amendment 13 (August 2025). Every incident is documented.

15. Minors

The service is intended for business users — site owners, SEOs, marketers, and agencies — and is not intended for children. The service may not be used by anyone under 18 without parental or guardian consent, where required by law.

If we discover that information has been collected from a minor in violation of this policy or applicable law, we will take steps to delete it.

16. Mailings and service notifications

LinkHub may send service messages, such as:

• Account verification
• Security notifications
• Transaction updates
• Credit changes
• Notifications about removed links
• Reminders related to proposals
• Invoices
• Material updates to policy or terms of service
• Technical messages related to your account

Essential service notifications are not considered marketing mailings. If we send marketing mailings, we'll do so in line with applicable law and offer an opt-out.

17. Links to external sites

The service may include links to external sites, to other users' sites, to external tools, or to third-party services.

LinkHub isn't responsible for the privacy policy, security, or content of external sites. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any external site or service you visit.

18. Changes to this policy

LinkHub may update this policy from time to time, for example following:

• Service changes
• Adding new API integrations
• Changes to Google's requirements
• Regulatory changes
• Security improvements
• Changes to data processing
• Adding new system features

For material changes, we'll update the date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, send notice by email or inside the system.

Continued use of the service after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, where the law allows.
